EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
MONOTECH Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based, R&D-driven circular-resource company specialising in spent catalyst recovery, aluminum dross recycling, non-ferrous materials and related industrial recycling solutions.
MONOTECH combines proprietary and licensed recovery technologies with a network of appropriately licensed processing partners. This structure enables each waste stream to be directed to a suitable treatment pathway rather than being limited to one facility or one metal-recovery process.
For Nigeria, MONOTECH proposes a transparent project structure connecting Nigerian waste generators and competent authorities with qualified receiving and processing arrangements in the Republic of Korea, subject to all applicable permits and prior informed consent procedures.

Headquartered in Seoul Korea, MONOTECH is made up of ambitious, passionate, and experienced experts building the refining infrastructure for the next industrial era.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
MONOTECH evaluates the feedstock first, then selects the technical and licensed processing route appropriate to its composition and regulatory classification.
Selective recovery pathways for molybdenum, vanadium, nickel and alumina-bearing materials.
Feed preparation, oil removal and material conditioning prior to downstream recovery.
Recovery of aluminum value and production pathways for aluminum hydroxide and alumina materials.
Process design, technology licensing, technical support and operational improvement with qualified partners.
MONOTECH’S ROLE
MONOTECH is not presented as the sole physical recycling facility for every category of spent catalyst. It develops the recovery plan, supports regulatory documentation and contracts with qualified licensed processors whose permits and capabilities match the specific waste stream.
Confirm catalyst type, original use, manufacturer, composition, quantity and storage condition.
Prepare the technical basis for Basel Convention PIC and applicable Nigerian and Korean approvals.
Match each waste stream with an appropriately licensed Korean recycling or treatment facility.
Coordinate logistics, technical support, processing, recovery reporting and responsible residual management.
REGULATORY PRINCIPLES
Transboundary movement proceeds only through formal notification, written consent and permits issued by the relevant competent authorities.
The Nigerian exporter and competent authority establish the lawful export basis, waste classification and required documentation.
The Korean importer and designated receiving arrangement must comply with applicable import, transport and recycling requirements.
Notification, movement, analysis, contract, insurance, shipment and recovery records support accountable execution.
All projects remain subject to material-specific due diligence, facility permit scope, written regulatory approvals and final commercial agreements. This profile is not an import or export permit.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM NIGERIA
Reliable information is essential before route selection, quotation, regulatory filing or shipment planning.
GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP
MONOTECH develops projects through practical cooperation with industrial partners, competent authorities, licensed processors and regional specialists.
